On August 7, 2023 as the part of World Class Ketel One ''Garnish With Good'' Community Challenge, the first Ketel One Community Talks took part in Mirror Bar, where we were talking with Slovak bar community about WHY & HOW TO think and act sustainable in bar industry, and how to create a sustainable aromas.

The project name is Eternal Mixology. The Ketel One Community Talk were about basics of sustainability, what it is in general, and how can we, as bartenders think and act more sustainable to help our enviroment. The introduction topics about sustainability were led by me and my 3 colleagues from Sky Bar & Restaurant, FACH, and Mirror Bar

  • Michal Dojčák - WHY & HOW TO think sustainable when creating cocktails?
  • Ladislav Fajin - WHY & HOW TO act sustainable when creating cocktail experience?
  • Romana Vodná - WHY & HOW TO ferment?
