CONCEPT
Project will serve as a hub for sustainability in the bar industry.

The project will provide various resources to bartenders, waiters or chefs to help them create sustainable practices in their own bars.
EDUCATION
Eternal Mixology project will offer workshops, seminars, and training programs for bartenders or chefs to learn more about sustainable practices in the hospitality industry.

These programs will be taught by industry leaders, sustainable experts, and chefs. 
AROMA
Project will also feature an aroma bar where bartenders can sample and experience the sustainable aromas used for the cocktails. We'll be learning about the different aromas used, their origins, and how they contribute to the cocktail experience.

Aromas can evoke emotions and memories because they bind with olfactory receptors in the nasal cavity and signal the olfactory bulb in the brain, which is connected to emotional processing and memory formation areas. In mixology, aromas are important in creating a multi-sensory experience with taste and presentation.

The Eternal Mixology project aims to creating sustainable cocktail aromas to make an unique and personalized experiences for their customers, while also promoting sustainability through ingredients and packaging

Aroma garnishes can be used to add a sensory dimension to cocktails or dishes.
A sustainable aroma can be a cocktail garnish when it is derived from environmentally-friendly or socially responsible sources.

By considering the environmental and social impacts of the sources and materials used, a sustainable aroma garnish can enhance the sensory experience of the cocktail while also promoting responsible consumption and production practices.

Aromas, colors, and sensors are connected through the science of sensory perception. The human body has specialized receptors in the nose, eyes, and mouth that send signals to the brain to create sensory experiences.
